Description

Een E&C aannemer zal, volgens de vraagspecificaties op Voorlopig Ontwerp+ niveau, de engineering en de realisatie en van de nieuwbouw van het Panta Rhei (ongeveer 2400 m2 groot) aan de Eifelweg/Matterhornstraat in Tilburg verzorgen. Voor deze opdracht is er behoefte aan een samenwerkingsvorm passend bij het opdrachtgeversprofiel waarmee de doelstellingen en het gewenste resultaat van het project op een beheerste wijze worden behaald met zo min mogelijk fouten, faalkosten en vertraging. De redenen om een E&C samenwerkingsvorm toe te passen zijn: • Beste verhouding tussen Kwaliteit en Prijs; • Één contractueel aanspreekpunt voor engineering en realisatie; • Efficiëntie in engineering en realisatie; • Optimalisatie van huisvestingslasten. De totale omvang van het project bedraagt ca. 2.400m2 BVO. Als onderdeel van de gunningsleidraad zal het taakstellend budget worden gedeeld (incl. BTW). -
