- Кури-тушки, заморожені, ДСТУ 3143 - 100 кг; - Філе стегна куряче, охолоджене, ДСТУ 3143 - 1 500 кг; - Філе куряче, охолоджене, ДСТУ 3143 - 1 700 кг; Поставка здійснюється протягом 2 (двох) робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки, здійсненої Покупцем не пізніше 13:00 відповідного робочого дня. Продавець зобов’язаний розглянути замовлення Покупця та надати підтвердження його прийняття протягом 3 (трьох) годин з моменту отримання, але не пізніше 16:00 робочого дня його отримання. Поставка (передача) товару здійснюється згідно із специфікацією до договору, окремими дрібними партіями, відповідно до заявки замовника, залежно від фактичної потреби в товарі. Транспортні засоби Продавця якими здійснюється поставка товару (продуктів харчування) Покупцю повинні відповідати вимогам статті 44 Закону України “Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності та якості харчових продуктів” від 23 грудня 1997 року, а також вимог Правил перевезень вантажів автомобільним транспортом в Україні, затверджених наказом Міністерства транспорту України від 14.10.1997 № 363
