Keretszerződés áramszüneti értesítők nyomtatására, kézbesítésére az MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft. szolgáltatási területén kis - és középfeszültségű hálózatokról vételező rendszerfelhasználók részére Ajánlatkérő a szerződés időtartama alatt az egyes részek vonatkozásában meghatározott keretmennyiség (felhívás BT-24 / II.2.4. pontjaiban meghatározott keretmennyiség) 70 %-ára vállal lehívási kötelezettséget. Továbbiak a II.2.4) pontban, és a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban részletezettek szerint. A közbeszerzés tárgya szerinti szolgáltatás részletes feladatleírását és mennyiségét a Közbeszerzési dokumentumok (KD) Műszaki leírás része tartalmazza. Áramszüneti értesítő nyomtatása, kézbesítése, mely a kis- (KIF) és középfeszültségű (KÖF) hálózatokról vételező rendszerhasználókat érinti az MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft. teljes szolgáltatási területén, mint szolgáltatás. Keretmennyiség: Összesen 1.500.000 db (2év) A5 méretű áramszüneti értesítő és áramszüneti értesítő nyomdai előkészítése, nyomtatása, terjesztése, melyből ajánlatkérő 1.050.000 db (70 %) lehívására vállal kötelezettséget. A lehívás az igénynek megfelelően munkanapokon történnek, egy munkanapon átlagosan 15 000 db lehívásra lehet számítani. Az Ajánlatkérő a megrendelésekről értesítő e-mailt küld az Ajánlattevő részére. A megrendelés segítségével az Ajánlattevő az MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft. által biztosított webes felületről a megrendeléshez tartozó pdf és csv fájlokat letölti és ezek segítségével az értesítők nyomtatását elvégzi. Az Ajánlattevő legkésőbb a megrendelés beérkezését követő munkanapon visszaigazolja a webes felületen keresztül a megrendelés átvételét és teljesíthetőségét. Ajánlattevő az értesítéseket a „Megrendelő”-ben meghatározott ügyfeleknek, és időintervallum szerint kézbesíti. Ajánlatkérő a tervezett feszültségmentesítés ideje előtt minimum 15 naptári nap + 3 munkanappal korábban e-mail-ben értesíti Ajánlattevőt a feladatról reggel 9 óráig. Az e-mail tartalmazza az értesítők kézbesítésének határidejét is, ami a tervezett feszültségmentesítést megelőző 15. naptári nap. Megrendelő egyidejűleg több egyedi megrendelés kibocsátására is jogosult A részletes feladatleírást a Közbeszerzési dokumentumok (KD) Műszaki leírás része tartalmazza.
