Kisegítő díszítői és díszlet üzemeltetői feladatok ellátása az Erkel Színház Nonprofit Kft. részére. Nyertes ajánlattevő feladata az Erkel Színház Nonprofit Kft. részére - vállalkozási keretszerződés keretében - kisegítő díszítői és díszlet üzemeltetői feladatok ellátása. Az Erkel Színházban színre kerülő előadások díszleteinek gyors, biztonságos és zavartalan cseréjének, illetve a színpad berendezésének biztosítása a színházi előadások során. A Színház eseti megrendelései alapján ellátandó feladatok/szolgáltatások ismertetése: Tárgy és tevékenységek: - A munkavégzés helye az Erkel Színház. - Előadások díszleteinek gyors, biztonságos és zavartalan cseréje a Színház munkatársaival együttműködve, a Színpadmester vagy más kijelölt személy irányításával. - Kisegítő díszítői feladatok ellátása az előadások üzemeltetésében, különös tekintettel a színpadi változásokra, szoros együttműködésben a Színház munkatársaival, a Színpadmester és Ügyelő irányítása alapján, a rendezői kéréseknek megfelelően. - Közreműködés díszletszállítás előkészítésében, díszletelemek fel- és lepakolása az Erkel Színháznál. - Egyéb, az előadásokhoz kapcsolódó anyagmozgatási, előkészítési feladatok elvégzése a Szcenikai Vezető megbízása alapján, a Színpadmester vagy más kijelölt személy irányításával. - Összefoglalva a feladatok: riggelési feladatok; rakodási feladatok; szerelési feladatok; színpadmesteri feladatok; forgószínpad kezelése; színpadi emelőgépek kezelése; díszletkorrekció. Ruházat és védőfelszerelés: A munkavégzéshez szükséges ruházat és védőfelszerelés biztosítása a vállalkozó feladata, Ajánlatkérő ezt nem biztosítja. Díjszabás: Ft/óra/fő. Minimális megrendelési mennyiség eseti megrendelésenként: 4 óra. A létszám alkalmanként (eseti megrendelésenként) legfeljebb 10 fő. A feladatvégzés időtartama (eseti megrendelésenként) legfeljebb 12 óra. A keretszerződés keretösszege nettó 150.000.000,- Ft. A felhívás jelen pontjában a szolgáltatás összefoglaló ismertetésére kerül csak sor. A részletes feladatleírás a Közbeszerzési Dokumentum mellékletét képező Feladatleírásban került rögzítésre.
