1 db Mobil applikáció fejlesztése és üzemeltetése a Magyar Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara részére. Az tárgyi közbeszerzési eljárás keretében a nyertes ajánlattevő feladatai az alábbiak: - a műszaki leírásban rögzített feltételeknek és funkcióknak megfelelő, azokat teljesítő rendszer teljeskörű fejlesztése, tesztelése, az Ajánlatkérő részére történő átadása és bevezetése - a rendszer átadás-átvételét követően a szerződés időtartama alatt a rendszer használatának biztosítása, működtetése az Ajánlatkérő részére, amely magában foglalja a folyamatos terméktámogatást (rendszerkövetést) a rendszer és az általa generált dokumentumok mindenkori jogszabályi előírásoknak való megfelelősége biztosítása érdekében, a rendszer folyamatos frissítését, a szükség szerinti hibajavításokat, illetve a rendszer működtetésével kapcsolatos support feladatok ellátását. A mobil applikáció rendszerrel kapcsolatos alapvető műszaki elvárások: - az applikációnak mind IOS, mind pedig Android operációs rendszeren futtathatónak kell lennie - a rendszernek képesnek kell lennie 50.000-100.000 közötti letöltés kiszolgálására - preferált adatbázis kezelő (SQL) - olyan programnyelven kerüljön fejlesztésre, mely legalább 10 éve elérhető - az eredménytermék átadása során külön figyelemmel kell lenni arra, hogy a legfrissebb fejlesztői környezetben legyen futtatható a program A részletes követelményeket karakterkorlát miatt a közbeszerzési dokumentum részét képező műszaki leírás részletesen tartalmazza. Ajánlatkérő tájékoztatja az Ajánlattevőket, hogy a 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdése alapján, hogy a felhívásban és a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, személyre, szabadalomra vagy védjegyre való hivatkozás csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt, és a megnevezés alatt a „vagy azzal egyenértékű”-t kell érteni. Az egyenértékűség bizonyítása ajánlattevő feladata.
