Description

Die Stadt Hürth beabsichtigt die Sanierung der Kellerräume der Wendelinusschule, Cäcilienstraße 5, 50354 Hürth. Betroffen sind die Kellerräume im Gebäudeteil B. Aufgrund von Problemen mit aufsteigendem Grundwasser kommt es insbesondere bei länger andauernden Niederschlägen zu Wassereintritten. In der Vergangenheit ist Wasser in den Gebäudeteil B eingedrungen und stand dort zeitweise bis zu ca. 30 cm hoch im Gebäude. Die Nutzung des Kellergeschosses als OGS Räume wurde infolgedessen aufgegeben. Zukünftig sollen die Räumlichkeiten ausschließlich als Kellerräume genutzt werden.
