Description

Im Kaufmännischen Berufs- und Weiterbildungszentrum St.Gallen, soll die Beleuchtung erneuert werden.  Für eine nachhaltige Lösung, sind vor allem in den Klassenzimmern, die bestehenden Leuchten mit LED-Umrüstsätzen (bauseitige Lieferung) umzurüsten für: -  78 Stück 2-flammige 36W Pendelleuchten direkt/indirekt - 674 Stück 2-flammige 58W Pendelleuchten direkt/indirekt -  42 Stück 2-lammige 36W Aufbauleuchten direkt -  96 Stück 2-flammige 58W Aufbauleuchten direkt -  83 Stück 1-flammige 36W Einbauleuchten Die einfacheren Leuchten werden durch neue LED Leuchten ersetzt (bauseitige Lieferung) für: - 119 Stück Balkenleuchten 1-flammig 36W und 58W -  24 Stück Balkenleuchten 1-flammig 58W -  40 Stück Nassraumleuchten 1-flammig 36 W und 58W - Ca. 220m Profilleuchten In den Technikräumen, Nebenräumen und Lagerräumen wird die bestehende Lichtsteuerung übernommen (konventionell mit Schalter oder Präsenzmelder).  In den Klassenzimmern und Gruppenräumen wird die Lichtsteuerung mit KNX-Bussystem ergänzt. Für den Halbautomatik-Betrieb werden neuen KNX-Präsenzmelder installiert. (KNX-Programmierung erfolgt bauseitig). Die Schaltstellen werden ersetzt und mit KNX-Tasterschnittstellen ergänzt. Zusätzlich werden die Steckdosen T12 gegen T13 gewechselt. Die jeweiligen benötigten KNX-Aktoren müssen in die bestehenden Unterverteilungen eingebaut werden.
