Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind der Abschluss von Rahmenverträge für Elektroinstallationsarbeiten in Zusammenhang mit der Erneuerung der Beleuchtungsanlagen in 18 Schulpavillons der Stadt Zürich. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die Demontage und fachgerechte Entsorgung der bestehenden Leuchten, die Montage neuer LED-Leuchten im Innen- und Aussenbereich, die Erstellung der erforderlichen Elektroinstallationen, die Implementierung eines DALI-basierten Lichtsteuerungssystems inklusive Präsenzsteuerung sowie die Erneuerung und Ergänzung von Rettungszeichenleuchten. Weiter umfasst der Leistungsumfang sämtliche für die Realisierung erforderlichen Nebenleistungen gemäss Leistungsverzeichnis und den Ausschreibungsunterlagen. Nicht zum Leistungsumfang gehört die Lieferung der LED-Leuchten sowie der Rettungszeichenleuchten. Diese wurden bauseits beschafft. Die gesuchten Rahmenvertragspartnerinnen sollen die IMMO bedarfsabhängig über die gesamte Projektlaufzeit bei der Umsetzung der Beleuchtungssanierungen begleiten und dabei die termin-, qualitäts- und fachgerechte Ausführung der einzelnen Etappen sicherstellen.
