Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Museoviraston ("Hankintayksikkö") osana toimivan Kansallismuseon tapahtumapöydät sekä pöydille tarvittavat kuljetus- ja säilytysvaunut ("Tavara"). Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen ja sisältää eri tyyppisiä pöytiä ja kuljetusvaunuja seuraavasti: Osa-alue 1 - suorakulmaisia messupöytiä 40 kpl - irroitettavissa olevia etulevyjä messupöytiin 5 kpl - messupöytien kuljetusvaunuja 8 kpl - pyöreitä tapahtumapöytiä 25 kpl - pyöreiden pöytien kuljetusvaunuja 5 kpl - pyöreitä pöytälevyjä 20 kpl - pyöreiden pöytälevyjen kuljetusvaunuja 2 kpl Osa-alue 2 - pystypöytiä 40 kpl Tarjoaja voi tehdä tarjouksen joko molempiin osa-alueisiin tai vaihtoehtoisesti vain toiseen valitsemaansa. Osa-alueet vertaillaan toisistaan erillisinä ja niihin voidaan valita eri toimittaja. Tavaran tulee soveltua monipuolisiin museon tilaisuuksiin ja tapahtumiin ja täytettävä kaikki tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä esitetyt tekniset ja toiminnalliset vaatimukset. Tavaran tulee täyttää myös seuraavat vaatimukset: - pitkäkestoiseen käyttöön soveltuvia - laadukkaista ja kestävistä materiaaleista valmistettuja - kuljetusvaunujen avulla helposti siirrettäviä ja varastoitavia - huollettavissa elinkaaripalveluna Hankintaan sisältyy lisäksi Tavaran pakkaus sekä kuljetus Kansallismuseon toimipisteeseen (Mannerheimintie 34). Toimitusaika voi olla enintään 10 viikkoa hyväksytystä tilauksesta. Tavaralle edellytetään vähintään viiden (5) vuoden takuu sekä suomenkieliset käyttö- ja huolto-ohjeet. Tarjoajan tarjousta vastaavat tuotenäytteet pöytien jalkamekanismista sekä käytettävästä pöytälevymateriaalista tulee toimittaa Hankintayksikön arvioitavaksi viimeistään 20.11.2026, jotta tarjotut tuotteet voidaan arvioida tarjouspyynnössä esitettyjen vertailuperusteiden mukaisesti osana tarjousten vertailua. Mikäli tarjoaja ei toimita näytteitä asetettuun määräaikaan mennessä, tarjoajan tarjous suljetaan pois kilpailutuksesta. Kokonaista pöytää ei tarvitse toimittaa. Tarjoajan edellytetään tarjoavan Tavaralle myös elinkaari- ja huoltopalveluita. Elinkaari- ja huoltopalveluilla tarkoitetaan, että tarjolla on palvelua, joka pidentää pöytien käyttöikää. Esimerkiksi pöytälevyjen tulee olla vaihdettavissa ja pulverimaalatut jalat tulee voida joko uudelleen maalata tai vaihtaa kokonaan uusiin. Tarjoaja voi tuottaa elinkaari- ja huoltopalvelut joko itse tai esimerkiksi alihankinnan kautta., Suorakulmaiset messupöydät, pyöreät pöydät ja pyöreät pöytälevyt sekä näiden kuljetusvaunut Osa-alue 1 sisältää: - suorakulmaisia messupöytiä 40 kpl - irroitettavissa olevia etulevyjä messupöytiin 5 kpl - messupöytien kuljetusvaunuja 8 kpl - pyöreitä tapahtumapöytiä 25 kpl - pyöreiden pöytien kuljetusvaunuja 5 kpl - pyöreitä pöytälevyjä 20 kpl - pyöreiden pöytälevyjen kuljetusvaunuja 2 kpl, Pystypöydät Osa-alue 2 sisältää: - pystypöytiä 40 kpl,
