Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka 2 ks invertovaných mikroskopů, jeden je určený pro LF MU a druhý pro PřF MU. Jedná se o sestavu pro pozorování buněčných kultur zahrnující inverzní mikroskop, fázový kontrast a systém pro snímání a analýzu obrazu. Sestava slouží k rutinnímu pozorování buněčných kultur na inverzním mikroskopu v procházejícím světle (brightfield) a ve fázovém kontrastu pro kontrolu morfologie a konfluence živých, nebarvených buněk v běžných plastových kultivačních nádobách (T-flasks, Petriho misky, 6/12/24/96jamkové destičky). Součástí dodávky je kamerový systém pro pořizování a archivaci snímků včetně řídicího laptopu. Jednotlivé části sestavy musí být funkčně plně kompatibilní.
