Description

Predmet ovog otvorenog postupka javne nabave je prikupljanje ponuda za informatičke usluge koje uključuju savjetodavne usluge i dnevno operativno upravljanje informatičkom infrastrukturom Ministarstva pravosuđa, uprave i digitalne transformacije te pravosudnih tijela za koje je Ministarstvo nadležno (u daljnjem tekstu Naručitelj). Operativno upravljanje sustavom uključuje najam tehničkog osoblja ponuditelja u punom radnom vremenu (40 sati tjedno), a uključuje dva sistem inženjera na lokaciji Naručitelja. Savjetodavne usluge uključuju savjetovanje sa ciljem dizajniranja, planiranja, dimenzioniranja i izrade prijedloga rješenja za optimizaciju te mogućnostima tehnološkog unaprjeđenja i poboljšanja cjelokupnog sustava i njegovih dijelova. Ponuda treba obuhvatiti sljedeće usluge: • Operativno upravljanje sustavom; • Savjetodavne usluge Savjetodavne usluge i dnevno operativno upravljanje informatičkom infrastrukturom Ministarstva pravosuđa, uprave i digitalne transformacije te pravosudnih tijela za koje je Ministarstvo nadležno sukladno tehničkoj specifikaciji koja je sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi.
