Description

Predmet nabave obuhvaća uspostavu registra s integriranim e-uslugama, koji će služiti kao centralni izvor podataka i digitalna platforma za pružanje javnih usluga. Sustav će biti smješten na državnoj informacijskoj infrastrukturi te će koristiti elemente iste za autentifikaciju korisnika. Glavna svrha nadogradnje Portala otvorenih podataka je omogućiti pravnim subjektima dobivanje statusa priznate organizacije za podatkovni altruizam ili pružatelja usluga podatkovnog posredovanja, te omogućiti upravljanje navedenim zahtjevima od strane administratora MPUDT-a. Sustav će koristi vanjski korisnici i korisnici MPUDT-a. S obzirom na složenost takvog rješenja, koje uključuje više međusobno povezanih podsustava, modula i baza podataka, Naručitelju je od osobite važnosti da ponuditelji imaju prethodno iskustvo u projektima usporedive složenosti i funkcionalnog obuhvata, uključujući registre i e-usluge.
