Nabava usluge tehnološkog održavanja IBM Informix licenci prethodno nabavljenih za projekt „Konsolidacija sustava zdravstvene informacijske infrastrukture CEZIH“ s uključenim trajanjem proizvođačkog jamstva za razdoblje od 36 mjeseci (3 godine), prava na nove sadržaje i verzije, te podrške prema IBM uvjetima za potrebe Ministarstva zdravstva za informatički sustav CEZIH, sve sukladno Troškovniku i Tehničkoj specifikaciji koji su sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi. Nabava usluge tehnološkog održavanja IBM Informix licenci prethodno nabavljenih za projekt „Konsolidacija sustava zdravstvene informacijske infrastrukture CEZIH“ s uključenim trajanjem proizvođačkog jamstva za razdoblje od 36 mjeseci (3 godine) , prava na nove sadržaje i verzije, te podrške prema IBM uvjetima za potrebe Ministarstva zdravstva za informatički sustav CEZIH, sve sukladno Troškovniku i Tehničkoj specifikaciji koji su sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi. Ponuditelj je obvezan Naručitelju osigurati pravo korištenja za 3 godine bez prekida u pravu korištenja.
