OPREMANJE ZGRADE - NABAVA ROBE (DEPO, ARHIV, UREDSKI NAMJEŠTAJ, KNJIŽNICA) CPV oznaka i naziv: 39150000 - Razni namještaj i oprema Predmet nabave je nabava robe (dobava i montaža) za opremanje zgrade, za opremanje depoa, arhiva, uredskih prostorija i prostorija knjižnica tj. opremanja neizložbenih prostora muzeja. Cilj je nabaviti opremu koja će biti funkcionalna, prilagođena ergonomiji i sigurnosti prostora uz poštivanje visokih muzejskih standarda. Predmetna roba obuhvaća modularne regale posebno namijenjene za opremanje knjižnica i dokumentacije. Ključni elementi robe su arhivski regali i vitrine za zaštitu osjetljivih predmeta (preventivna zaštita) te deponiranje građe. Sve sukladno troškovniku i tehničkim specifikacijama koje se nalazi u prilogu ove dokumentacije. Nuđena roba mora biti nova i nekorištena. Minimalni jamstveni rok na svu robu navedenu u troškovniku je 12 mjeseci. Za nuđenu robu ponuditelj mora izvršiti sve radnje potrebne za instalaciju opreme, uspostaviti odgovarajuće spojeve između svih sastavnih dijelova opreme, izvršiti osnovne funkcionalne testove i osigurati svu dodatnu opremu za punu radnu funkcionalnost.
