Predmet nabave je nabava, isporuka, unos, montaža, postavljanje i prema potrebi, povezivanje i puštanje u uporabu namještaja i opreme za potrebe Doma zdravlja Zagreb - Zapad, na lokaciji Prilaz baruna Filipovića 11, Zagreb. Predmet nabave podijeljen je u dvije grupe: Grupa 1: Namještaj za urede i ordinacije Grupa 2: Medicinski namještaj U predmet nabave uključeni su sav potreban uredski, ordinacijski i medicinski namještaj, pripadajući montažni, spojni i zaštitni materijal, dostava na lokaciju naručitelja, unos u prostorije, montaža, niveliranje, postavljanje na predviđena mjesta, provjera stabilnosti, funkcionalnosti i uporabljivosti, kao i svi drugi radovi, usluge i postupci potrebni za urednu i potpunu isporuku predmeta nabave. Odabrani ponuditelj obvezan je isporučiti novu, nekorištenu, tehnički ispravnu i funkcionalnu opremu i namještaj, u skladu s tehničkim karakteristikama, dimenzijama, količinama i ostalim zahtjevima određenima u Troškovniku i Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Sva isporučena oprema i namještaj moraju biti prikladni za namjenu za koju se nabavljaju, sigurni za uporabu te izrađeni od materijala odgovarajuće kvalitete, otpornosti i trajnosti, osobito imajući u vidu svakodnevnu uporabu u zdravstvenoj ustanovi. Odabrani ponuditelj obvezan je osigurati da svi elementi budu pravilno sastavljeni, postavljeni i spremni za redovitu uporabu, uključujući sve komponente, pribor, radove i usluge potrebne za njihovo pravilno, sigurno i nesmetano korištenje, neovisno o tome jesu li pojedinačno navedeni, ako su prema pravilima struke nužni za uredno izvršenje predmeta nabave. Predmet nabave uključuje i uklanjanje ambalaže i čišćenje prostora od otpada nastalog isporukom i montažom, kao i predaju uputa za uporabu, jamstvenih listova, tehničke dokumentacije, atesta, izjava o sukladnosti ili druge odgovarajuće dokumentacije, ako je primjenjivo za pojedine stavke. Detaljan opis, vrste, količine, dimenzije, tehničke karakteristike i ostali zahtjevi za namještaj i opremu određeni su Troškovnikom, koji čini sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi.
