Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €250,000
€85,000 to €180,000

This buyer's comparable awards in this sector came in at a median of 43% of their published estimate, half of them between 34% and 72%, based on 19 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
