Description

Predmet nabave su usluge nadzora građevinskih radova, tj. stručni nadzor i koordinator zaštite na radu nad izvođenjem radova gradnje bazenskog kompleksa u Varaždinu u svemu sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama -opis poslova koji su objavljeni kao zasebni dokument. Opseg predmeta nabave je vršenje usluge nadzora nad radovima koji se izvode u skladu s Uvjetima ugovora o građenju za građevinske i inženjerske radove po projektima Naručitelja (FIDIC Crvena knjiga, prvo izdanje 1999.) te usluge koordinatora zaštite na radu u fazi izvođenja radova. Još nije započeo postupak javne nabave radova koji će biti predmetom usluge nadzora koja usluga se nabavlja u ovom postupku nabave. Usluge nadzora u okviru ovog ugovora obuhvaćaju usluge stručnog nadzora (građevinski, strojarski, tehnološki, elektro i drugi) u smislu Zakona o gradnji (NN 155/2025), Zakona o poslovima i djelatnostima prostornog uređenja i gradnje (NN 78/15, 118/18, 110/19) i nadzor nad radovima koji se izvode sukladno Uvjetima ugovora o građenju za građevinske i inženjerske radove po projektima Naručitelja (FIDIC Crvena knjiga, prvo izdanje 1999.) te usluge koordinatora zaštite na radu u fazi izvođenja radova. Pri provedbi stručnog nadzora, Izvršitelj je dužan u svemu se pridržavati odredbi Pravilnika o načinu provedbe stručnog nadzora građenja, obrascu, uvjetima i načinu vođenja građevinskog dnevnika te o sadržaju završnog izvješća nadzornog inženjera (NN 131/2021, 68/2022, 155/2025). Usluge koordinatora zaštite na radu će se vršiti u svemu prema važećem Zakonu o zaštiti na radu (NN 71/2014, 118/2014, 154/2014, 94/2018, 96/2018), podzakonskim aktima i posebice Pravilnikom o zaštiti na radu na privremenim gradilištima (NN 48/2018, 66/2026). Detaljan opis usluga koje su predmet ove nabave dan je u tehničkim specifikacijama - opis poslova, koji su sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi (u daljnjem tekstu: DoN). Procijenjena vrijednost radova nad kojima će se vršiti usluga nadzora i koordinatora zaštite na radu u trenutku slanja na objavu DoN je 16.442.020,48 EUR bez PDV-a. Predmet nabave su usluge nadzora građevinskih radova, tj. stručni nadzor i koordinator zaštite na radu nad izvođenjem radova gradnje bazenskog kompleksa u Varaždinu u svemu sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama - opis poslova koji su objavljeni kao zasebni dokument.
