CPV oznaka i naziv: 33696500-0 OPIS PREDMETA NABAVE: Predmet nabave je podijeljen na grupe (prema vrsti reagensa) kako slijedi: Grupa 1: Reagensi za opće biokemijske i imunokemijske pretrage uz korištenje integriranog biokemijsko/imunokemijskog automatiziranog sustava, PVN: 185,000.00 EUR (bez PDV-a) Opis: Potpuno automatizirani sustav za mjerenje analita u krvi, mokraći i ostalim tjelesnim tekućinama. Integrirane dvije analitičke jedinice: jedinica za biokemisjka ispitivanja (spektrofotometrijske, imunoturbidimetrijske i ionsko-selektivne analitičke metode), te jedinica za imunokemijska ispitivanja (imunokemijske analitičke metode s obilježivačima). Mogućnost analize kapilarnih i venskih uzoraka periferne krvi te malih volumena sekundarnih uzoraka uz minimalni mrtvi volumen zbog obrade isključivo dječjih uzoraka. Mogućnost rada u rutinskom i prioritetnom (STAT) načinu zbog istovremene obrade uzoraka različitog prioriteta i hitnosti. Mogućnost završetka analize i obrade unutar 60 minuta od uzorkovanja (TAT) za sve hitne pretrage. Zadovoljavajuća donja granica linearnosti za imunoglobuline koja omogućuje razlikovanje deficita od normalne niske koncentracije imunoglobulina u ranoj životnoj dobi. Grupa 2: Reagensi za pretrage specifičnih alergena i antigena autoimunosti uz korištenje integriranog automatiziranog sustava, PVN: 325,000.00 EUR (bez PDV-a) Opis: Potpuno automatizirani sustav za mjerenje alergijskih testova i pretraga autoimunosti u krvi. Integrirana dva analitička principa: za ispitivanje koncentracije alergen specifičnog imunoglobulina E i imunoglobulina G4, te za ispitivanje koncentracije autoimunih antitijela, oba temeljena na imunokemijskim analitičkim metodama s obilježivačima. U pretragama alergija dodatna mogućnost korištenja alergena koji su molekularne alergene komponente. Mogućnost analize malih volumena sekundarnih uzoraka uz minimalni mrtvi volumen zbog obrade isključivo dječjih uzoraka. Zadovoljavajuća kvantifikacija, kalibracija prema WHO standardu te donja granica linearnosti za specifični IgE.
