Predmet nabave su usluge projektiranja, izvođenja radova te ishođenja dozvola (građevinskih dozvola, okolišne dozvole, uporabnih dozvola, privremene dozvole za gospodarenje otpadom i sl. kako je definirano Knjigom 3 - ZAHTJEVI NARUČITELJA) na projektu izgradnje Regionalnog centra za gospodarenje otpadom „Orlovnjak“, u svemu prema uvjetima ugovora za Postrojenja i projektiranje i građenje za elektrotehničke i strojarske građevine i radove po projektima Izvođača (FIDIC Žuta knjiga, prvo izdanje 1999., hrvatski prijevod u izdanju Hrvatske udruge konzultanata, Hrvatske komore inženjera građevinarstva i Udruge konzultantskih društava u graditeljstvu objavljen 2014. godine). Predmet radova je i puštanje postrojenja u pogon, obuka osoblja Naručitelja, dokazivanje traženih parametara u probnom radu i tijekom testova po dovršetku, uključivo provedbu tehničkog pregleda te otklanjanje skrivenih nedostataka u periodu razdoblja o obavještavanju o nedostacima (DNP-a) od 24 mjeseca. Predmet nabave je detaljno opisan u Knjizi 3 - Zahtjevi Naručitelja i Knjizi 4 -Lista cijena, kojisu sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi i javno su objavljeni u EOJN RH. U Knjizi 5 - Podlogenalaze se podloge za projektiranje i nacrti i dostupni su svim ponuditeljima putem mrežnogdiska, na poveznici https://www.ekos-orlovnjak.hr/index.php/javna-nabava/objave-javne-nabave/96-javna-nabava/jednostavna-nabava/325-rcgo-orlovnjak Predmetni postupak javne nabave provodi se u sklopu projekta „Regionalni centar za gospodarenje otpadom Orlovnjak“ koji je sufinanciran bespovratnim sredstvima Europske unije te predmet nabave podliježe kontroli posredničkih tijela, nacionalnih i EU tijela za reviziju i/ili osobama koje je ono ovlastilo. Predmet nabave su usluge projektiranja, izvođenja radova te ishođenja dozvola (građevinskih dozvola, okolišne dozvole, uporabnih dozvola, privremene dozvole za gospodarenje otpadom i sl. kako je definirano Knjigom 3 - ZAHTJEVI NARUČITELJA) na projektu izgradnje Regionalnog centra za gospodarenje otpadom „Orlovnjak“, u svemu prema uvjetima ugovora za Postrojenja i projektiranje i građenje za elektrotehničke i strojarske građevine i radove po projektima Izvođača (FIDIC Žuta knjiga, prvo izdanje 1999., hrvatski prijevod u izdanju Hrvatske udruge konzultanata, Hrvatske komore inženjera građevinarstva i Udruge konzultantskih društava u graditeljstvu objavljen 2014. godine).
