Predmet nabave je „Projektiranje i izgradnja UPOV 53.000 ES, s postrojenjem za solarno sušenje mulja, probni rad i NUS“ u okviru Projekta „POBOLJŠANJE VODNOKOMUNALNE INFRASTRUKTURE AGLOMERACIJE VIR“ Od Izvođača se zahtijeva da isporuči Naručitelju potpuno funkcionalno i ispitano Postrojenje na lokaciji Postrojenja Vir, definirano ovom dokumentacijom o nabavi. Radovi obuhvaćeni Ugovorom uključuju: • Projektiranje i svi potrebni istražni i terenski radovi, uključivo ishođenje svih potrebnih dozvola i suglasnosti a) Provedba svih potrebnih istražnih i terenskih radova koji uključuju: - Geodetski radovi i usluge - Geotehnički istražni radovi i usluge b) Izrada izmjena i/ili dopuna postojećeg Idejnog projekta UPOV-a 53.000 ES, s postrojenjem za solarno sušenje mulja i NUS ili izrada novog Idejnog projekta, ukoliko Izvođač drži potrebitim uključujući dobivanje posebnih uvjeta javnopravnih tijela te ishođenje lokacijske dozvole na trošak Izvođača (unutar ugovorenog roka izgradnje) c) Izrada svih Glavnih projekata UPOV i NUS uključujući ishođenje potvrda javnopravnih tijela na Glavne projekte te ishođenje građevinske/ih dozvole/a na trošak Izvođača (po strukovnim odrednicama) d) Izrada svih potrebnih Izvedbenih projekta za gradnju UPOV-a UPOV 53.000 ES, s postrojenjem za solarno sušenje mulja i NUS ( po strukovnim odrednicama) e) Izrada Projekata izvedenog stanja ( po strukovnim odrednicama) • Građenje UPOV-a i NUS uključivo ishođenje uporabnih dozvola a) Građenje UPOV-a 53.000 ES, s postrojenjem za solarno sušenje mulja i NUS b) Testovi po dovršetku uključivo Pokusni rad UPOV-a (termin koji se rabi kroz ovu dokumentaciju o nabavi i ima minimalno zakonsku podlogu za ispitivanje građevine prije izdavanja Uporabne dozvole) s obukom osoblja Naručitelja za rad sa UPOV-om i NUS, s dokazivanjem funkcionalnog rada UPOV-a i dokazivanje jamčenih operativnih troškova za UPOV tijekom pokusnog rada, sukladno zahtjevu Naručitelja. • Otklanjanje nedostataka tijekom razdoblja obavještavanja o nedostacima za UPOV i NUS.
