Predmet nabave je detaljno opisan u projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji i u Troškovniku, koji susastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Projektno-tehnička dokumentacija, tj. Tehničke i drugespecifikacije za cjelokupan predmet nabave navedene su u Glavnom i Izvedbenom projektu koji senalazi u prilogu ove Dokumentacije o nabavi i čini njezin sastavni dio, tj. Projektno-tehničkudokumentaciju. Sanacija odlagališta će se provesti kroz dvije faze, i to: FAZA 1: formiranje odloženog otpada, izgradnja obodnih prometnica i nasipa, izgradnja brtvenogsustava preko formiranog otpada te na unutarnjim pokosima obodnih prometnica, izgradnjasustava sakupljanja i recirkulacije procjednih voda, izgradnja sustava sakupljanja oborinskih voda,izgradnja sustava otplinjavanja odloženog otpada (izvedba bunara bez biofiltera), izgradnja ulaznezone odlagališta i izgradnja infrastrukturnih sustava. FAZA 2: izgradnja prekrivnog brtvenog sustava i ugradnja biofiltera na vrh izvedenih bunara. Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave je FAZA 1
