Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) pyytää tarjouksia kolmen (3) eri kohteen hissien uusinta- ja peruskorjaustöistä Helsingin alueella. Kyseessä on aiemman hankintakilpailutuksen (Hilma numero 2026-046605) osan "osa-kilpailutus 2" uudelleen kilpailutuksesta. Hankinnan laajuus on yhteensä 7 kpl hissejä. Aiempi "osa-kilpailutus 2" on jaettu kolmeen osaan A,B ja C työkohteittain. Suunnitelmia ja asiakirjoja on päivitetty. Osa 2 A, 1801 Metsäpurontie 26, Mpt 25 "Sauna-baari" liiketila hissin peruskorjaus 1kpl VAATIVA peruskorjaus Osa 2 B, 1759 Mäkelänkatu 78 sisältää hissien uusintoja 2kpl Osa 2 C, 2615 Yläkiventie 5 sisältää hissien uusintoja 4 kpl Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen kaikkiin osiin A,B,C tai yksittäisen osaan. Hankintayksikkö ei rajoita voittavien tarjousten määrää, yksi tarjoaja voi voittaa kaikki osat. Tarjoajan tulee antaa kokonaishinnat (alv 0 %) urakoista osittain tarjouspyynnön kuvauksen ja sen liitteenä olevien asiakirjojen laajuuden mukaisesti. Kokonaisurakkaan tulee sisältyä kaikki työt ja tarvikkeet työn valmiiksi saattamiseksi. Työt kohteissa tulee aloittaa v. 2027 aikana ja työn tulee olla valmis vuoden v.2027 loppuun mennessä.
