Saint-Nazaire agglomération a confié à la société Dalkia, la délégation de service public (D.S.P) de réseau de chaleur industrialo-urbain de la communauté d'agglomération de la région nazairienne et de l'estuaire (Carène) et du réseau de Donges. A ce titre, la société Dalkia, a créé une société dédiée, dénommée Ester, qui dès sa création a repris à sa charge la DSP et donc l'ensemble des droits et obligations liés au RCU. Ester est donc maitre d'ouvrage pour la réalisation des travaux liés à la construction du RCU. Ester a ensuite confié à la société Dalkia la réalisation et le suivi de l'ensemble des travaux liés à la construction du RCU, Dalkia devient donc maitre d'ouvrage par substitution. La présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution d'un marché public de maîtrise d'oeuvre portant sur les études et le suivi d'exécution des travaux de création du réseau Ester. L'opération vise le déploiement d'un linéaire total d'environ 9,5 km de réseau, découpé comme suit : Tranche 2028 : création d'environ 7,5 km de réseau ; Tranche 2029 : création d'environ 2 km de réseau. Maîtrise d'œuvre portant sur les études et le suivi d'exécution des travaux de création du réseau Ester. L'opération vise le déploiement d'un linéaire total d'environ 9,5 km de réseau, découpé comme suit : Tranche 2028 : création d'environ 7,5 km de réseau ; Tranche 2029 : création d'environ 2 km de réseau.
