Saint-Nazaire Agglomération - La CARENE et la Ville de Saint-Nazaire déploient une politique foncière volontariste visant à constituer et valoriser leurs réserves foncières, anticiper les mutations urbaines et sécuriser la mise en oeuvre des politiques publiques de développement du territoire.
