NANTES MÉTROPOLE a confié à la société Dalkia, la délégation de service public (D.S.P) du réseau de chaleur dénommé Bellevue Chantenay. A ce titre, la société Dalkia a créé une société dédiée, dénommée CLEA, qui dès sa création a repris à sa charge la DSP et donc l'ensemble des droits et obligations liés au RCU. CLEA est donc maître d'ouvrage pour la réalisation des travaux liés à la construction du RCU. CLÉA a ensuite confié à la société Dalkia la réalisation et le suivi de l'ensemble des travaux liés à la construction du RCU, Dalkia devient donc maître d'ouvrage par substitution. Les travaux consistent à remplacer des canalisations existantes en fibre de verre (abandonnées) et à les remplacer par des canalisations pré-isolées, celles-ci alimenteront 12 à 17 abonnés (en fonction des options) dans le quartier des Dervallières et du Vallon des Dervallières. Ce lot porte sur tous les travaux de terrassements, remblaiement, compactage, réfection de voirie /espace verts/cheminement piétons/ VRD et génie civil nécessaires aux ouvrages du lot n°2.; Ce lot porte sur la conception, la fourniture et la pose des éléments constitutifs d’un réseau d’eau chaude tels que les tuyauteries, les robinets d’isolement et toutes sujétions, y compris l’ensemble des essais, rinçages et nettoyages des canalisations.
