Une ligne de bus de quartier dite « Traverse » propose un service de transport complémentaire au réseau de bus standard avec une vocation sociale au plus près des territoires grâce à la desserte des quartiers politiques de la ville, des marchés alimentaires et des établissements et équipements administratifs de proximité. Le présent lot a pour objet l'exploitation des trois lignes de bus électriques de quartier dénommées « Traverses » suivantes : Traverse Batignolles-Bichat (17ème et 18ème arrondissements) ; Traverse Ney-Flandre (18ème et 19ème arrondissements) et Traverse de Charonne (20ème arrondissement).; Le présent lot a pour objet l'exploitation des trois lignes de bus électriques de quartier dénommées « Traverses » suivantes : Traverse Bièvre-Montsouris (13ème et 14ème arrondissements) et Traverse Brancion-Commerce (15ème arrondissement).
