Le service concédé comprend notamment l'exploitation des lignes urbaines, interurbaines, et des services scolaires. Ce sont environ 950 863 kms commerciaux produits (RAD 2024-2025), dont 615 383 kms sur les lignes scolaires. Il est prévu une Prestation supplémentaire éventuelle (PSE) : Navette de Laudun-l'Ardoise Le contrat de concession de service public a pour objet de confier au Concessionnaire l’exploitation du service public des transports de voyageurs sur le territoire de l’Autorité Organisatrice de la Mobilité (AOM), à savoir -L’exploitation des services publics de transport -L’entretien et la gestion des biens mis à disposition par l’Autorité Organisatrice -La fourniture et l’entretien des biens nécessaires à l’exploitation (dépôt, véhicules, équipement, etc.) autres que ceux mis à disposition par la communauté d’agglomération du Gard rhodanien -Le recrutement, la gestion et la formation du personnel nécessaires à l’exécution du service -La gestion commerciale et administrative du réseau -La mise à jour des dispositifs d’information (sur le mobilier urbain, sur les véhicules, sur le site internet, etc.) destinés à l’information des usagers (horaires, itinéraires, tarifs, perturbations sur le réseau, etc.) -La conduite d’une communication/marketing accrue pour mieux promouvoir le réseau -Une assistance-conseil permanente à l’AOM permettant d’apporter toutes les améliorations à la qualité du service rendu aux usagers et adapter le service aux besoins. -Une organisation juridique adaptée permettant d’assurer une transparence des moyens humains En outre, le Concessionnaire devra promouvoir les formes de mobilités durables mises en œuvre par la Communauté d’agglomération du Gard Rhodanien
