L'objet de la concession porte sur l'exploitation de lignes de bus du secteur dit Paris Rive droite, desservant majoritairement les communes de Paris, Les Lilas, Bagnolet, Montreuil, Saint-Mandé, Romainville Noisy-le-Sec, Fontenay-sous-Bois, Vincennes. Le contrat comporte 41 lignes de bus régulières, dont 11 lignes de Noctilien. Ces lignes représentaient environ 22,5 millions de kilomètres commerciaux pour environ 79 millions de validations en 2019. Ce lot est actuellement composé de 41 lignes dont 11 Noctilien pour environ 21,9 M de KCC en 2025. Le périmètre de la DSP prend en compte la création des deux nouvelles lignes régulières, la suppression d'une ligne régulière et la création d'une ligne Noctilien soit à terme 42 lignes exploitées dont 12 lignes Noctilien. La concession est une délégation de service public soumise aux dispositions de l'article L. 1411-1 du Code général des collectivités territoriales et des articles L. 1121-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. Des travaux d'entretien et de maintenance des centres opérationnels bus et du matériel roulant sont confiés. En option, il est intégré des travaux d'aménagement d'un centre opérationnel bus et d'un éco-station bus.
