La mission d'OPC porte sur des travaux consistant : En tranche ferme : - Rénovation énergétique du bâtiment 13 (externat en R+4), - Restructuration du bâtiment 13 pour une cohérence des locaux avec le référentiel Région. Les interventions concernent entre autres : - Le remplacement de l'ensemble des menuiseries extérieures, - La mise en oeuvre d'une ventilation double flux , - Isolation Thermique Extérieur (ITE) du bâtiment, - La restructuration fonctionnelle d'une partie du RDC et du R+1. Il s'agit d'un bâtiment en R+4 qui développe 5300m² environ. En tranche optionnelle : - Réalisation du champ de sondes géothermiques. L'opération comprend : - La création d'un champs de sondes géothermiques pour l'alimentation en chauffage des bâtiments 13/14/16, - Mise en place de PAC/géothermie en chaufferie, - L'adaptation GTB, - La régulation des appareils de chauffage du bâtiment 13. La réalisation des locaux provisoires et les déménagements associés font partie de l'opération. Ces travaux sont évalués à ce jour à environ 5 300 000.00 euro(s) HT et comportent à titre prévisionnel 13 lots séparés
