Description

La mission d'OPC porte sur des travaux au lycée Docteur Clément Pémille consistant à regrouper d'une part des formations professionnelles (déjà présentes) et d'autres part des formations générales, pour atteindre une capacité de 912 élèves. L'opération concerne la construction d'un bâtiment d'enseignement et d'un nouveau service de restauration, ainsi que la restructuration de salles de classes, des locaux d'accompagnement (administration, vie scolaire, centre de connaissance, etc.) une extension de l'administration et des aires de stationnements pour les voitures. Au total, les surfaces à construire sont évaluées à 3000 m² de surfaces utiles, les surfaces à rénover sont évaluées à environ 2 500 m² et 400 m² d'espaces extérieurs à aménager. Le terrain d'assise de l'opération est d'une superficie de 2,7 hectares environ. L'opération sera décomposée en 4 phases de travaux : - Démolition (deux démolitions représentant environ 140 m²), - Extension et restructuration du service de restauration, - Extension de l'externat, - Restructuration de l'existant. Ces travaux sont évalués à ce jour à environ 9.000.000,00 euro(s) HT et comportent à titre prévisionnel 17 lots séparés. L'OPC interviendra au cours des phases conception, préparation du chantier, exécution des travaux, réception des travaux et parfait achèvement. A titre prévisionnel, la mission devrait commencer le 16/03/2026
