L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La présente consultation concerne la prestation de transports sanitaires secondaires pour les membres du Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire du Cambrésis. Le Centre Hospitalier de Cambrai, établissement support du GHT du Cambrésis, agit en tant que pouvoir adjudicateur du présent groupement. Tous les membres du groupement sont adhérents à ce marché.
