Description

La présente consultation a pour objet de définir les modalités de réalisation des prestations de transports sanitaires terrestres et de personnes pour l’ensemble des sites sanitaires du Groupe Hospitalier de la HauteSaône (GH70) et devant réglementairement être prises en charge par le GH70 dans le cadre de l’article 80 de la LFSS de 2017. En conformité avec les dispositions du code de la santé publique et de l’arrêté du 23 décembre 2006 fixant le référentiel de prescription des transports prévu à l’article R322-10-1 du code de la sécurité sociale, ce premier lot vise les transports par ambulance de patients s’inscrivant dans les cas de figure suivants : - Le patient présente au moins une déficience ou des incapacités nécessitant un transport obligatoirement en position allongée ou semi-assise ; - Le patient nécessite un transport avec surveillance par une personne qualifiée ou nécessitant l’administration d’oxygène ; - Le patient nécessite un transport avec brancardage ou portage, ou un transport devant être réalisé avec des conditions d’asepsie. Cas particulier du transport simultané de plusieurs patients : En ambulance, le transport groupé n’est possible que pour une mère et son nouveau-né ou deux nouveaux-nés de la même fratrie.
