Il s'agit des transports sanitaires de patients en conformité avec les dispositions du code de la santé publique, du code de la sécurité sociale et des textes en vigueur pour les transports assis professionnalisés, couchés et pour les taxis conventionnés dont la prise en charge financière incombe au CHU de Guyane. Le marché concerne tous les transports sanitaires répondant à l'article 80 de la Loi de Finance de la Sécurité Sociale pour 2017 et pris en charge par les établissements du CHU. Le titulaire doit mettre en oeuvre tous les moyens nécessaires pour la bonne réalisation des prestations suivantes (liste non exhaustive) : - Les transports « inter-établissements », à savoir les transports de patients hospitalisés depuis le CHOG, le CHC et le CHK, vers une autre entité juridique hospitalière avec ou sans retour ; - Les transports d'un patient hospitalisé vers son domicile dans le cadre d'une permission de sortie d'une durée inférieure à 48 heures, ainsi que son retour vers l'établissement ; - Les transports provisoires de patients hospitalisés pour la réalisation d'une prestation en dehors de l'établissement (en cabinet de ville par exemple), hors de la commune de Saint Laurent du Maroni, Kourou, Cayenne, à l'exception des transferts pour réalisation d'une séance de radiothérapie dans une structure d'exercice libéral ou un centre de santé TRANSPORT SANITAIRE DE PATIENTS EN AMBULANCE, VSL ET TAXIS CONVENTIONNES - ZONE OUEST<br/>; TRANSPORT SANITAIRE DE PATIENTS EN AMBULANCE, VSL ET TAXIS CONVENTIONNES - ZONE LITTORAL ET ZONE EST<br/>; TRANSPORT SANITAIRE DE PATIENTS EN AMBULANCE, VSL ET TAXIS CONVENTIONNES - ZONE SAVANE<br/>
