Le présent accord-cadre génie civil multi-attributaire sera décliné en : * Un accord-cadre à bons de commande génie civil pour les travaux d'entretien courant et d'entretien spécialisé (marché d'une durée d'un an, reconductible 3 fois) ; * Des marchés subséquents spécifiques pour les opérations dépassant 400 k€ TTC /ou faisant intervenir des techniques particulières comme le renforcement par béton projeté, le renforcement par technique PRV, le renforcement par précontrainte (additionnelle de type câble ou composite collé), le vérinage avec changement d'appareils d'appui, la mise aux normes de dispositifs de retenue nécessitant un renforcement du tablier… Une opération est définie par des travaux d'entretien spécialisé et/ou de réparation menés conjointement sur un ou plusieurs ouvrages dans une limite de 2 kilomètres d'itinéraire (une voie et un sens de circulation). Une opération peut se dérouler sur plusieurs années successives. Sans minimum annuel, maximum annuel fixé à 10M€ TTC. Le patrimoine d’ouvrages d’art de la DIR Nord-Ouest au sein du district Normandie-Centre (DNC) comprend un peu plus de 270 ponts et 21 murs de soutènement. Les budgets annuels d’entretien sont répartis dans les 3 districts, et ce, suivant la répartition des ouvrages et de leurs états. Le volume financier est estimé à 2.2 millions € TTC par an, tout marché subséquent confondu.; Sans minimum annuel, maximum annuel fixé à 10M€ TTC. Le patrimoine d’ouvrages d’art de la DIR Nord-Ouest au sein du district Manche-Calvados (DMC) comprend un peu plus de 370 ponts et 27 murs de soutènement. Les budgets annuels d’entretien sont répartis dans les 3 districts, et ce, suivant la répartition des ouvrages et de leurs états.
