France - Operation of electrical installations - IRVE concession for a cluster of four rest areas of the DIRNO, located on the A28 and the RN158

The French national road authority DIRNO is awarding a concession covering the renovation and/or reconfiguration of four motorway rest areas, the financing of investments, and the operation, upkeep and maintenance of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The sites are two twin areas on the A28 (Bois du Coudroy East and West) and two twin areas on the RN158 (Soulangy East and West). The contract also includes operating ancillary activities, carried out at the concessionaire's own risk. Interested operators may bid under the published concession procedure.
