Le marché a pour objet de définir les conditions dans lesquelles le Titulaire réalise les prestations d’assistance à la gestion des projets d'exploitation des installations CD, HERA, LG1, L32, LE. PRESTATIONS FERMES L'objet de la prestation est la réalisation d'une assistance pour l'ensemble des activités réalisées par le CEA sur les installations CD, HERA, LG1, L32 et LE en gestion de projet et en assistance à la consultation. Mission 1 : Poste 1 - Mission d'assistance au reporting Mission 2 : Poste 2 - Mission d'assistance à la maîtrise des coûts Mission 3 : Poste 3 - Mission d'assistance à la maîtrise des délais Mission 4 : Poste 4 - Mission d'assistance à la consultation Les prestations et les livrables attendus au titre des prestations fermes sont détaillés au cahier des charges, cité à l’article 2 supra. PRESTATIONS OPTIONNELLES Le CEA prévoit de prolonger la durée du marché via deux options de prolongation d’une année supplémentaire chacune : - Option n°1 : Prolongation des prestations pour une année supplémentaire - Option n°2 : Prolongation des prestations pour une année supplémentaire. PRESTATIONS SUR PRIX UNITAIRES Les prestations sur prix unitaires (PU) concernent les prestations suivantes : - Assistance à la préparation d'une consultation (page 14 du CDC) - Assistance au déroulement d'une consultation (page 14 du CDC) - Analyse des risques marchés Le Titulaire s’engage à fournir, pour toute la durée du marché, les articles référencés sur PU. En cas d’indisponibilité d’un article quelle qu’en soit la cause, le titulaire s’engage à en informer immédiatement le CEA par écrit et à lui proposer son remplacement par un article de nature, qualité et prix équivalents. Le CEA disposera d’un délai d’un mois pour accepter ou refuser ce nouvel article. La substitution n’est possible qu’après autorisation écrite du CEA. PRESTATIONS SUR FICHE DE MODIFICATIONS SUR DEVIS PREALABLE (FDMDP) Les prestations sur FDMDP concernent la réalisation de prestations modificatives directement liées à l’objet du marché. Assistance à la gestion des projets d'exploitation
