The Municipality of Närpes (the contracting authority) is procuring plumbing and sanitary works as part of the renovation of the Närpes town hall at Kyrkvägen 2, 64200 Närpes, Finland. The project is a refurbishment and remodelling of the existing building. The contracting authority awards the construction works as a main contract and separately procures electrical and plumbing works, which will be subcontracted to the main contractor. The procurement is an EU procedure using a two-step restricted procedure. Budgeted funds amount to 7.25 million EUR for the total contract. Works start as soon as possible after the procurement decision becomes legally binding, subject to approved budget. Detailed works description is provided in annex D and later in the bid stage.
