Jisc intends to establish a single-supplier framework agreement for a future-ready digital content platform serving Further Education institutions. The solution should give learners and educators engaging, adaptive and sustainable content aligned to sector needs. Objectives include cost-effective access to high-quality digital learning resources, personalised and adaptive learning supported by AI-driven tools, flexible delivery models such as hybrid, modular and micro-learning, alignment of content with curriculum, qualifications and future skills including employability and digital literacy, plus financial sustainability and ethical AI integration. The tender is currently paused pending an internal review of the scope of requirements, with a further update expected in approximately six to eight weeks, and the timetable may be revised.
