Description

El presente contrato tiene por objeto la prestación de servicios de consultoría en comunicación y marketing digital del Programa Campus Rural, así como el suministro accesorio de material promocional y merchandising vinculado a su ejecución. Las prestaciones de servicios comprenderán la planificación, coordinación, ejecución operativa y seguimiento de las actuaciones de comunicación y dinamización vinculadas al programa. En particular, incluirán la elaboración y aplicación de criterios de comunicación, la creación de materiales y soportes de difusión, la planificación y coordinación básica de contenidos y mensajes, así como la dinamización y acompañamiento de las personas participantes en el programa, mediante actuaciones como sesiones de bienvenida, webinarios temáticos, acciones de seguimiento y visitas a estudiantes que realicen prácticas en el ámbito rural. Asimismo, como parte del desarrollo de las actuaciones de comunicación y dinamización previstas, el contrato comprenderá el suministro de material promocional y merchandising directamente vinculado al Programa Campus Rural. Dicho suministro tendrá carácter accesorio e instrumental respecto de las prestaciones de servicios y estará orientado a apoyar las acciones de promoción, difusión e identificación del programa, sin constituir una finalidad autónoma o independiente. Las prestaciones de servicios y suministro se encuentran directamente vinculadas entre sí y resultan complementarias para la consecución de los objetivos de comunicación, posicionamiento y dinamización comunitaria del Programa Campus Rural, configurando una unidad funcional única.
