Sensorgestützte Routenoptimierung in der Abfallentsorgung in der Landeshauptstadt Magdeburg Implementierung und Betrieb eines IT-Systems Gefördert im Zuge des Infrastruktur-Sondervermögensgesetztes - Infra-SVG des Landes Sachsen-Anhalts Als öffentlich-rechtliche Entsorgungsträger verantworten Kommunen und Landkreise effiziente und ressourcenschonende Prozesse in der Siedlungsabfallwirtschaft. Um dieser Verantwortung auch in Zeiten von Personalknappheit nachzukommen, setzt die Landeshauptstadt Magdeburg auf den Einsatz von Information- und Kommunikationstechnologie. Grundsätzlicher Aufgabenumfang Im Zentrum und der Altstadt Magdeburg sollen 436 Papierkörbe mit IoT-Sensorik zur Füllstandserfassung ausgestattet werden. Neben der Beschaffung und Installation von Hardware zur Aufrüstung bestehender, städtischer Papierkörbe, ist auch der Betrieb und Wartung einer energieeffizienten Netzinfrastruktur sowie die Implementierung einer Softwarelösung für die Routenoptimierung der Abfalltouren gefragt. Es sollen Dashboards oder Kartenansichten bereitgestellt werden, die den Fahrern während ihrer Abfalltour eine Unterstützung bieten, indem angezeigt wird, wie voll eine bestimmte Tonne ist. Ebenso ist eine flexible, webbasierte Datenschnittstelle der Software gefordert, die eine zukünftige Weiterentwicklung und eine Integration mit Drittsystemen und städtischer Smart City Infrastruktur ermöglicht.
