Energy renovation of the building envelope of the multi-purpose building Klingenberg, lot facade/windows (joinery)

The municipality of Klingenberg (Germany) intends to award a restricted contract for joinery work as part of the energy renovation of the building envelope of the multi-purpose building at Bahnhofstrasse 3a, 01774 Klingenberg. The works include demolition of existing windows, supply and installation of around 60 plastic windows, one plastic door element and one steel swing door. Execution is planned from mid-July 2026 to mid-August 2026. The procedure is a restricted tender without prior participation competition under VOB/A. Interested companies may apply by contacting Ms Schweingel at hoch-tiefbau@gemeinde-klingenberg.de, including a self-declaration or prequalification. No claim to participation exists. The notice remains visible until 27 March 2026.
