Energy refurbishment of the building envelope, MZG Klingenberg / planned direct award, lot: scaffolding works

The municipality of Klingenberg (Germany) intends to award by direct negotiation under VOB/A a contract for scaffolding works as part of the energy refurbishment of the building envelope of the Klingenberg multi-purpose building, Bahnhofstr. 3a, 01774 Klingenberg. The scope includes facade scaffolding, load class 4, approx. 981 sqm with an erection period of approx. 18 weeks, a protective scaffolding attached to the facade, and two staircase towers. Works are expected to start from July 2026. The pool of participants is not yet final; interested companies may apply to Ms Schweingel (hoch-tiefbau@gemeinde-klingenberg.de) enclosing a self-declaration and/or prequalification questionnaire, though there is no entitlement to participation. The notice remains visible until 27.03.2026.
