Oppdragsgiver Oppdragsgiver for konkurransen Engerdal kommune. Konkurransen gjennomføres av Abakus AS (983 335 543) på vegne av oppdragsgiver. Abakus AS er et selskap 100 % eid av Engerdal, Trysil, Stor-Elvdal, Åmot, Alvdal, Folldal, Os, Rendalen, Tolga, Tynset, Røros, Dovre, Lesja, Lom, Sel, Skjåk, Vågå, Våler, Elverum, Frøya, Orkland og Rindal kommuner. Formål Engerdal kommune har til hensikt å inngå kontrakt med totalentreprenør for oppføring av ny brannstasjon på Drevsjø. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å dekke oppdragsgivers behov for en moderne og funksjonell brannstasjon som legger til rette for effektiv beredskap og utrykning, med egnede arealer for mannskap, kjøretøy og utstyr. Leverandøren skal bruke sin fagkunnskap og kompetanse for å bidra til at kontraktens formål blir ivaretatt. Omfang Engerdal Kommune skal bygge ny brannstasjon på Drevsjø på ny tomt på Drevsjømoen. Tomta ligger på Gnr 165 Bnr 1, i Engerdal kommune. Nybygget er i to plan med vaskehall, vognhall skogbranngarasje og arealer for sivilforsvaret samt garderober og utstyrsrom i 1.etg og rapportrom og teknisk rom i 2.etg. Bygget har en brutto areal på ca. 670m2 i 1 etg. og ca. 158m2 i 2 etg. Det skal anlegges en ny adkomstvei fra fylkesvei 26, som skal fungere som utrykningsvei. Kjøreareal rundt bygg skal også tilknyttes veg som går forbi nabobygg. Bygget skal tilkobles kommunalt avløpsnett og privat vannanlegg (Drevsjø Vannverk). Det skal i tillegg etableres en egen tank med pumpestasjon for slokkevann. Det er eksisterende vann og avløpsledninger i grunnen som er berørt og skal legges om, dette er vist på situasjonsplan.
