Description

Kristiansand kommune v/eiendomsavdelingen, vil ha utført riving av gymsal og svømmehall på Grim skole. Det tilkommer også noen supplerende arbeider i denne forbindelse.All riving, sanering, levering av avfall på deponi, samt opparbeidelse av tomt, inngår i oppdraget. I tillegg skal det opprettes en endevegg i garasje som tilstøter endevegg på gymsalen som skal rives. Utover dette skal det inngis priser på etablering av vann- og strøm i ny park, samt belysning i kort-enden av dagens ballbane.Oppdragsgiver har ikke bestemt seg for hvordan tomten skal opparbeides enda. Det er derfor lagt opp til to ulike alternativer, asfalt og plen, i konkurransen.Denne anskaffelsen er en totalentreprise iht NS 8407.Det oppfordres til å befare eiendommen før tilbud leveres. Det inviteres til også til  tilbudsbefaring:Det vil bli avholdt felles befaring Torsdag 01. Oktober kl. 12:00.Adresse: Møllevannsveien 50, 4617 KristiansandOppdragsgiver ønsker at tilbydere som skal delta på befaring, gir beskjed om dette under fanen "Kommunikasjon" i Mercell.Det er mulig å befare byggets utside uten avtale.
