Bakgrunn og Mål Åmli kommune har vedtatt å etablere fast asfaltdekke på Sigridnesveien som vil bidra til økt fremkommelighet, redusert støvproblematikk, bedre kjørekomfort, redusert og mer forutsigbare vedlikeholdskostnader over tid. Beskrivelse av oppdraget Sigridnesveien i Åmli kommune ble i 2025 utbedret og hevet som et flomsikringstiltak. Utbedringen ble gjort ihht. landbrukets veiklasse 2, med 0-22 grus som slitelag. Veien er definert som en helårs bilvei med høy standard som skal kunne trafikkeres med lass hele året. Veien er 2450 meter lang og ferdig bredde på asfalt skal være 4,5 meter. Arbeidene er inndelt i to delkontrakter. Delkontrakt 1 omfatter komplett klargjøring og dokumentert overlevering av asfaltunderlaget. Delkontrakt 2 omfatter komplett levering, utlegging og kontroll av asfaltdekke. Delkontrakt 1 - Forberedende arbeider Befaring, planlegging, stikning og nødvendig innmåling. Arbeidsvarsling, plan og gjennomføring av trafikkavvikling, rigg og drift. Høvling/profilering med veihøvel, vanning og komprimering. Rensk og feiing før legging av asfalt. Kvalitetskontroll, dokumentasjon, rydding og overtakelse av asfaltentreprenør. Oppstart 2. november. Delkontrakt 2 - Asfaltarbeider Overtakelsesbefaring med grunnentreprenør. Legging av asfalt i Agb16 kvalitet i ett lag med 60mm tykkelse ferdig komprimert og en bredde på 4,5 meter. Skjøter, kantavslutninger og tilpasninger til avkjørsler, kummer, stikkrenner og eksisterende dekker. Kvalitetskontroll, dokumentasjon, rydding og overlevering. Oppstart 9. november. Entreprenørene skal samordne fremdrift, arbeidsvarsling, trafikkavvikling, kvalitetskontroll og ansvarsoverføring. Arbeidene skal utføres fagmessig, i samsvar med kontraktsdokumentene og gjeldende krav, samt med minst mulig ulempe for trafikanter og berørte eiendommer. Konkurransen gjennomføres med forbehold om nødvendig politisk godkjenning og endelig finansiering. Kontrakt vil ikke bli inngått før nødvendige vedtak og budsjettmidler foreligger. Dersom godkjenning eller finansiering ikke oppnås, kan oppdragsgiver avlyse konkurransen. Leverandørene bærer egne kostnader ved deltakelse i konkurransen.
