Ο Φο.Δ.Σ.Α. Στερεάς Ελλάδας Α.Ε. επιθυμεί να συνάψει σύμβαση με Ανάδοχο την παροχή υπηρεσίας επεξεργασίας στραγγισμάτων, της εγκατάστασης του Χ.Υ.Τ.Α. Ιστιαίας, μέσω δύο Μονάδων Αντίστροφης Ώσμωσης (Μ.Α.Ω.), η μία 2 σταδίων (με πρόβλεψη και 3ου) και η άλλη 3 σταδίων, με δυνατότητα επεξεργασίας, η κάθε μονάδα, κατ’ ελάχιστο 176 m3 ανά ημέρα, ήτοι συνολικά, η δυνατότητα επεξεργασίας και των δύο μονάδων θα ανέρχεται, κατ’ ελάχιστο, στα 352 m3 ανά ημέρα. Σκοπός του Φο.Δ.Σ.Α. Στερεάς Ελλάδας είναι η τροποποίηση και αναβάθμιση της λειτουργίας της υφιστάμενης μονάδας επεξεργασίας στραγγισμάτων του Χ.Υ.Τ.Α. Ιστιαίας, εγκαθιστώντας δύο (2) μονάδες επεξεργασίας στραγγισμάτων με αντίστροφη ώσμωση, οι οποίες θα επιτυγχάνουν τα όρια εκροής που τίθενται στους περιβαλλοντικούς όρους και ταυτόχρονα θα παράγουν επεξεργασμένο υγρό προς επαναχρησιμοποίηση εντός του Χ.Υ.Τ.Α. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των διακοσίων σαράντα χιλιάδων ευρώ (240.000,00€) μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. 24% (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α.: 297.600,00 €), με δικαίωμα παράτασης για επιπλέον δώδεκα (12) μήνες αξίας διακοσίων σαράντα χιλιάδων ευρώ (240.000,00€) πλέον Φ.Π.Α.. Η ολική εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης συμπεριλαμβανομένου του δικαιώματος παράτασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των τετρακοσίων ογδόντα χιλιάδων ευρώ (480.000,00 €) μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. 24%. Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται για χρονικό διάστημα 12 μηνών από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης.
