Hanke eesmärgiks on leida üle 18-aastastele opioidisõltuvusega isikutele opioidisõltuvuse asendusravi teenuse osutajad. Opioidisõltuvuse ravi käigus viiakse opioidisõltuvusega isik illegaalsete opioidide tarvitamiselt üle legaalsele pikatoimelisele asendusravimile ning ravi eesmärgid sõltuvalt patsiendi seisundist võivad olla: opioidide illegaalse tarvitamise lõpetamine või vähendamine, opioidide tarvitamisega kaasneva kahju vähendamine, opioidisõltuvusega isikute elukvaliteedi ja heaolu parandamine. Opioidisõltuvuse asendusravi teenust osutatakse lähtudes lisas 1 „Opioidisõltuvuse asendusravi kliiniline protokoll“ sätestatust. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest OAT teenuse osutamine Harjumaal (sh Tallinn, Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa; prognoositav patsientide arv kuus on 180). Teenus peab olema patsientidele avatud seitsmel päeval nädalas, kaasa arvatud riiklikel pühadel. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest; OAT teenuse osutamine Harjumaal (sh Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa; prognoositav patsientide arv kuus on 105). Teenus peab olema patsientidele avatud seitsmel päeval nädalas, kaasa arvatud riiklikel pühadel. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest; OAT teenuse osutamine Harjumaal (sh Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa; prognoositav patsientide arv kuus on 60).
