Eesmärk on leida partnerid sotsiaalkaitse teenuste infosüsteemide arendamiseks ja hooldamiseks. Tellitavate tööde sisuks on Sotsiaalkindlustusameti infosüsteemide arendus- ja hooldustööd, esmajoones SKAISi hallatavate avalike teenuste ja nendega seotud tarkvara arendus- ja kasutuselevõtu tööd, arhitektuuri ajakohastamine, andmekvaliteedi parandamiseks vajalikud arendustööd, kasutusmugavuse suurendamine ning seadusemuudatusest tulenevad lisavajadused. Lisaks arendustöödele hõlmab hange ka projektijuhtimist, analüüsi, testimist ja muid teenuseid, et tagada infosüsteemide efektiivne toimimine ja regulaarne hooldus. Kogu hanke eeldatav maksumus on 24000000 eurot, maksimaalne võimalik kogumaksumus on 28000000 eurot.
