Description

Hankelepingu eesmärgiks on hankija IT taristu vajaduste kohaselt pikendada tuge olemasolevatele Dell DS-7720B SAN võrguseadmetele. Pakkuja/täitja peab omama tootja poolt antud litsentside ja/või tootetoe edasimüügiõigust Eesti Vabariigi territooriumil. Täitja esitab selle nõude täitmise kohta vastava tootja või tootja ametliku esindaja poolse kinnituse või viite avalikule, pakkumuse avamisel ja hindamisel toimivale, interneti lingile, kust on võimalik hankijal esitatud nõude täitmist kontrollida. Täitja esitab hankemenetluses pakutava tootetoe tootjapoolsed tüüptingimused, s.h garantiitingimused, kui need kaasnevad tootetoe pakkumisega. Tootetoe tüüptingimused ja garantiitingimused peavad olema kooskõlas hanke alusdokumentidega ning ei tohi sisaldada hankija poolt seatud nõuetega vastuolulisi tingimusi. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest Serverite, võrguseadmete, VPN seadmete, kettamassiivide jms komponendid ehk tarkvara, litsentsid, tootetoe pikendused ja nendega seotud teenused. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
