Description

Die Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH (nachfolgend: "STG") ist die zentrale Destinationsmanagement- und Marketingorganisation für die touristische Marke Schwarzwald. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen Partnern, Leistungsträgern und Institutionen verantwortet sie die strategische Entwicklung, Vermarktung und Profilierung der Destination. Die Ganzjahres-Marketingkampagne im "Kuck Kuck Universum" bildet seit mehreren Jahren das zentrale kommunikative Dach der Marketingaktivitäten der STG. Im Mittelpunkt steht die etablierte Markenfigur "Schwarzwald Marie", die als identitätsstiftendes Element eine emotionale Ansprache der Zielgruppen ermöglicht und maßgeblich zur Profilierung und Wiedererkennbarkeit der Marke beiträgt. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Agenturleistungen für die ganzjährige Marketingkampagne der STG. Die ausgewählte Agentur übernimmt die strategische, kreative sowie operative Gesamtverantwortung für die Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Ganzjahreskampagne nach den Vorgaben der STG. Für die Ganzjahreskampagne für das Jahr 2027 steht seitens STG ein Budget von mindestens 150.000 EUR netto zur Verfügung. Hinzu kommen ggf. weitere Budgets von Partnern. Der Vertrag kommt mit Zuschlagserteilung zustande. Die Leistungen für die Jahreskampagne sind unmittelbar nach Auftragserteilung entsprechend der vertraglichen Vorgaben ab Januar 2027 zu erbringen. Leistungsbeginn ist voraussichtlich der 01. Januar 2027. Der Vertrag endet am 31. Dezember 2027 (Grundlaufzeit). Zugunsten des Auftraggebers bestehen vier einseitige Vertragsverlängerungsoptionen von jeweils einem Jahr, d.h. bis zum 31. Dezember 2028 (erste Verlängerungsoption), bis zum 31. Dezember 2029 (zweite Verlängerungsoption), bis zum 31. Dezember 2030 (dritte Verlängerungsoption) sowie bis zum 31. Dezember 2031 (vierte Verlängerungsoption). Ein Anspruch des Auftragnehmers auf Ausübung der Optionen besteht nicht.
